Every bit of UPCL has been quality conscious and it reflects from every action we do. As activities are part of the construction process, the overall quality and individual ability of manpower determines the overall quality of the project.
The project managers appointed are based on their ability to deliver required quality of work. The overall quality of sub-units is controlled with strict qualification review, including the technical quality, management quality, service quality and social initiatives.
The operating workers, particularly important technical trades, special trades, are certified from recognized institutions.
The training, discussions and exchange activities of quality assurance is carried out regularly, to strengthen staff's quality consciousness.
There is very strict on-site management system and production discipline, and standard of operation technology and management activities.
Quality of construction material is most important part to ensure construction quality. Our Quality Control Engineer checks for and confirms material specifications and methods of construction and workmanship. His duty is to put controls on the correct plan interpretation, proper engineering construction methodology, and strict compliance of the standard specifications includes all procedures, which are necessary to ensure that the materials used, and workmanship employed conform and bypass the standard of quality specified.
A technique that ensures to fulfill the requirements for quality in any operational procedures. A process that is done to eliminate causes of unsatisfactory performance of the works. We purchase materials based on the integrated consideration of engineering characteristics, construction contracts, and the scope of application, construction requirements, the performance and price of materials.
The procurement is arranged in advance according to the construction schedule. Our Project Manager establishes information of material suppliers and tracks the market timely.
Sampling of material procured is done regularly for the quality check to get the best end product. Following the above mentioned code of conduct, We are AN ISO 9001:2015 Certified company .
