Mr. HEMANT GUPTA, One of the Directors of the company, a Civil Engineer graduate from Vikram University, Ujjain in the year 1982. After graduation during his tenure as as project engineer has successfully completed many prestigious projects. After he started his own construction company he has never looked back and continued the good work with a proven track record. Mr. Gupta is a stalwart in the construction and civil engineering space. He handles strategy and execution for all projects. Dynamic, result oriented with 35 years hands on ‘Concept to Commissioning’ project management experience across large scale residential and commercial formats, Hemant is strong in project management strategy and execution from design to contract management to completion and hand over of projects.

Mr. Ravindar Singh Gill

Mr. RAVINDAR SINGH GILL after graduating in Civil Engineering in 1984 from SGSITS, Indore started his career as a design engineers with M/s. Kale & Bakshi for two years. Thereafter, he joined National Steel Industries Ltd., as site In charge. He received accolades when he completed that project of the factory along with its residential colony well within the given time frame. As his next project Mr. R.S. Gill successfully negotiated the construction for M/s. Ruchi Soya and Alloys Ltd. Then came the idea of having his own construction company. So, joining hands with Mr. Hemant Gupta, United Construction Company was formed. Mr. Gill has extensive experience in Project Management and is actively involved with planning, construction and co-coordinating various construction projects for the last 30 years. Currently, he heads Architecture, Design & Execution for the entire UPCL portfolio.

Mr. Rajesh Gupta

Mr. Rajesh Gupta – Director (Technical wing), an engineer graduated from prestigious engineering college GSITS, Indore in 1988. He has got wide experience in execution of various Industrial & Residential Projects in India and Abroad. He is known for discipline & adherence to timeline. Quality engineering work is his motto.

Shailendra Kumar Joshi

Sr. Project Manager

Mr. S.K.Joshi is Senior Project Manager in the company. A civil engineer having work experience of more than 25-years and having a vast experience in Industrial, Institutional, Residential and specialized projects. He is a well qualified genius and mastermind for handling multiple large scale projects.
